This fly in fly out 5 day tour of Lhasa (9 day tour including arrival/departure and sightseeing in Kathmandu, Nepal) is perfect for those with limited time and want to explore two of the world’s most famous Himalayan cities. Three full days will be devoted to exploring the amazing sights and culture of Lhasa. We will be visiting the Potala Palace, Drepung and Sera Monasteries, the Jokhang Temple (the most important temple for Tibetan Buddhists), and Norbulinka (the Summer Palace of the Dalai Lama).

Depart on your trans Himalayan flight to Lhasa, considered one of the most beautiful flight in the world takes you over Kanchenjungs (8536 m.) and Everest (8848m.). Upon arrival at Gonggar Airport, you shall be met by your Tibetan guide and transfer provided to hotel.
Day 4 WEDNESDAY
Sigtseeing tour of Sera Monastery Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Bazaar.
Day 5 THURSDAY
Sightseeing tour of Potala Palace & Drepung Monastery.
Day 6 FRIDAY
Morning tour of the Norbulinka Palace, The Tibetan Museum and Tibetan Medical Center. Rest of the day free to Explore Lhasa City.
Day 7 SATURDAY
Transfer to airport to board your flight to Kathmandu.
Day 8 SUNDAY
Freed day for more sightseeing or shopping in Kathmandu
